- Required Equipment: Heat Press
- Preparation: Pre-press garment at 305°F for 5-10 seconds
- Application: Place design, cover with parchment/Teflon, press on medium-high
- Cooling: Allow garment to cool completely before removing film
- Troubleshooting: If film is hard to remove, turn garment inside out and press again
- Final Press: Cover design, press with parchment/Teflon for 5 seconds
