This is an older model. I've used it for overseas travel about 10 times. It has some scratches, but it's still in good condition and should last.

There are two compartments that can be accessed from the front. The lower one can be used for shoes (although I've never put shoes in it, so it's clean).

As it's a trunk, it will be shipped with a cover. The Yamato cover only comes in one size, so the bottom will stick out. I plan to cover the bottom with vinyl or bubble wrap as well, but please understand that the packaging will be done by an amateur. Please purchase only if you can accept this.

It holds a lot, so it's perfect for overseas travel or for bulky items like snowboarding gear.

I don't remember when I bought it, but I've had it for at least longer than the pandemic. However, I didn't use it every season for snowboarding, but only for longer overseas trips, so the number of uses is relatively low.
