Kit Contains: 1 set of FA682X Brake Pads and 1 set of FA683X Brake Pads. Ideal for off road use in fast dry conditions but also safe for road use because of its ability to work effectively when hot. Limiting the heat getting to the bikes hydraulics is greatly improved by using a Carbon based pad such as the X pad, keeping both the rotor and caliper cool. Wear life may be shorter than sintered pads originally installed in the original unit build. Although the carbon pad will not outlast a sintered copper brake pad it has the unique benefit of lower heat generation and transfer.
