This is his sixth live album, released six years after "1982 P.M.9 LIVE" (released March 26, 1983).

Four songs are included from the December 19, 1985, Nippon Budokan performance. The song "Shuro no Kage ni" (In the Shadow of the Palm), which was not included on this album, was later released as the B-side of the single "BELIEVE IN ME" (released May 25, 1986).

This album is a collection of the best live recordings from the past five years, selected from tours between 1984 and the BIG EGG performance on December 21, 1988!
