350W Heating Mantle has a built-in digital temperature display and can cradle 1000mL round bottom flasks, proving a safe way to heat flammable organic liquids. Mantle has a built-in power controller and incorporates a heating element suspended within a ceramic fiber insulating material for safe heat transfer. Maximum temperature is 450 degrees Celsius. Internal Pt100 platinum resistance thermometer sensor provides excellent accuracy over a wide temperature range. Two neon lights indicate “power on” and “heat on”. The casing is made of spun metal and painted with corrosion resist coating. A temperature probe with rod and clamp assembly is provided for monitoring the temperature of the solution during heating. Includes instruction manual. 110VAC. Overall size: 11.4"L x 10.2"W x 7.9"H. Probe measures 9.5" (24mm) in length and is 5mm in diameter.
