This tachometers measures the time between reflected pulses of light and calculates the RPM, providing readability and accuracy. This tachometer features non-corrosive hardware and a gasket sealed lens and bezel to prevent fogging. Each tachometer features the Domelux lens and is built to withstand severe conditions. Each tachometer can be calibrated to work with 4, 6, and 8 cylinder engines as well as outboards. It includes two installation options, including hardware and inductive pickup for installation on vehicles with conventional, electronic, and distributorless ignition systems.
