The Eva Trio Multi clad collection of pots and pans are designed with an aluminum core sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel. The best qualities of the two materials combine to insure even distribution of heat across the base and up the sides of the cookware, eliminating hotspots and providing exceptionally even boiling of water and stocks, and frying of foods. A hallmark of the Multi series is the sturdy handles which allow for easy lifting of full pots and pans. All have a practical pouring rim and feature inside liter markings for easy measuring.
