IENA 《AURALEE for IENA》 AURALEE's take on the Basque border cut-and-sewn top, a style that seemed to be missing from their lineup.
IENA, which also considers French style essential, thought that creating a Basque shirt with AURALEE, known for its unique materials, would result in the ultimate border top. This special piece was created from scratch to commemorate IENA's 30th anniversary.
The colors were chosen to evoke a feeling of familiarity, as if it had always been yours from the moment you put it on. The material is a border knit made from two strands of Supima cotton, a very long staple cotton, resulting in an even and beautiful knit. The density and gauge have been adjusted to the maximum, making the fabric resistant to stretching or losing its shape even after washing. It features a luxurious luster and smooth texture thanks to the generous use of high-quality raw materials.
The wide type has a relaxed body width, and the arms are also made larger to create a casual feel when worn. The sleeves are attached straight and parallel, creating a relaxed, slouchy feel around the armholes when worn.
