Excellent condition, rare vintage Montbell Light Alpine Down Vest, black

Montbell's old logo Light Alpine Vest, in the sold-out color black. After being worn a few times, it was stored at home with a non-woven fabric cover and hardly used.
The older model seems to have a more durable down fill and thicker fabric than the current Alpine Vest.

This is an older model with a diamond-shaped logo embroidery, which is different from the current logo.
While simple, it's a piece that has a different feel from today's mass-produced outdoor wear.
It uses high-quality 800 fill power (EX800) down, providing solid warmth despite being a vest. It's perfect as an inner layer for outerwear, as well as for everyday use in autumn and winter, and for layering. The fabric has a matte texture that isn't too shiny, which is a characteristic of this era.
The down loft is still ample, and both the neck and body are in very clean condition.
