A 1974 work by a large soul/funk band that was active in Chicago's huge ghetto area, Southside. Includes the highly adhesive funk tune A2 "It's You I'm Needin'," A3 "Hey, Baby" with cool horns reminiscent of the JB's, and, above all, the recommended B2 "Save The World," which is also included in the popular compilation series "Ultimate Breaks and Beats" and starts with a fat drum break used by Alchemist and De La Soul, and "Mississippi Cutback," which was also used as a sampling source. A masterpiece.
