When opening use a ball point pen or a pencil, NOT a box cutter. Start with a small incision and break the seal from there. Please contract us before returning an item, as a 50% restocking fee may occur for all returned items. Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to us will result in a 99% restocking fee.
