• Agility ladder is 19' long! Adjustable slats. Comes with 12 rungs. These slats can be adjusted alone the nylon strap for desired distance. To keep the same distance for all your excercises, recommend either use zip ties or sew straps to slats. Slats are 1 1/4" wide, 16.5" long. 4 Pegs ground spike to help secure the agility ladder to lawn. Cones are 7.5" in diameter, 2" tall.
