The super-light composite fiber shell is constructed from aerospace-grade carbon fiber, Kevlar, and fiberglass, available in three shell sizes (XS-5XL) for optimum fit across the size range. A dual-density EPS safety core and impact-absorbing chin EPS provide multi-layer protection, while the low-profile rear diffuser transfers impact load to compatible neck braces. The extended rubber nose guard shields against frost and roost. Meets DOT FMVSS 218 safety standards. The stainless steel double D-ring buckle ensures secure closure, and the high air-flow integrated mouthpiece works with the 365 vent control system to maintain breathability during hard efforts. The Cool-max hygienically-treated liner is removable and washable for easy maintenance. Progressive density cheekpads provide customizable comfort, with optional breath box tabs, winter vent plugs, and multiple liner sizes available. The adjustable ultra hi-flow peak reduces drag while protecting from snow and roost, secured with glove-friendly, lightweight break-away screws.
