This set includes everything listed above.
The system has been tested and initialized. It plays without any issues. The system itself has very few fine scratches or scuffs on the surface. Screen protectors are applied to both the top and bottom screens. There is no noticeable yellowing. Basic functionality has been confirmed with my own DS software. The outer box has some minor scratches and scuffs, but is in relatively good condition.
