No date discernible but you can see the first number is a "1" which would put it in the 1982 - 1999 date range. Copper plated zinc composition and you can see some of the zinc coming through the copper in some areas.
Appears to be uncirculated but there is some spotting which is why I say AU/BU. Mostly red and I believe UNC.
