| Warranty Description | Every GEO-MEASURE Handheld GNSS RTK Receiver includes a one-year limited warranty provided by HYFIX Spatial Intelligence, Inc. This warranty ensures that your device will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one year from the original date of purchase. During the warranty period, HYFIX will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product with a new or refurbished unit of equal value., The warranty covers hardware defects resulting from normal use, including battery performance, charging functions, and the built-in antenna, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and GNSS/RTK connectivity components. However, it does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or issues caused by third-party accessories or software. Loss of data, projects, or exported files, as well as consumable items such as cables, are also excluded., To request warranty service, customers must provide proof of purchase and contact HYFIX Spatial Intelligence, Inc. or their authorized distributor within the one-year warranty period. If the product needs to be shipped, return costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the device must be sent back to HYFIX or the original distributor. Replacement units are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer. |
