UL certified GFCI Outlets ensures compliance with application specific electrical code and have tamper resistant technology that prevents objects from accidentally entering the receptacle from GFCI outlets to maintain a safe environment. With safety shutters mechanism inside, it blocks access to the contacts unless a 2-prong plug is inserted, preventing accidental insertion of foreign objects and complies with residential building codes.
