- Compatibility: The GP1144925 cartridge is compatible with Kohler's high-flow 3/4 "K-2971 and K-306 pressure balancing valves and the 85500 valve stem assembly, and it is also a replacement part for the 79703.
- Easy to install and disassemble: Just use a tool to grasp the ribs and rotate 45 degrees to remove the cartridge. During installation, press the seal ring into the groove, then install it at a 45-degree angle and rotate counterclockwise.Make sure the two protrusions at the back of the cartridge are aligned with the two grooves in the slot.
- Installation Precautions: To prevent leakage, please be sure to clean the debris in the pipeline when installing the cartridge,avoid damaging the gasket on the cartridge and causing leakage.Please install gaskets on the front and side of the cartridge.It is suggest to add grease to prevent leakage.
- Solve the problem of no hot water: Replace the old cartridge to address issues such as no hot water or fluctuating water temperature in the shower water valve.Note: Sometimes, it may be due to a malfunction of the valve stem assembly that causes the above problems.Please make a careful judgment.
- Solving the problem of dripping and leakage: Sometimes, the aging of the sealing parts on the cartridge can cause the shower water valve to drip and leak.Replacing the cartridge can also solve this problem, but please note that when installing the cartridge, keep the gasket in the groove and do not shift.
