This steampunk-ish pretty is deep black satin acetate with a frilly neckline of netting, lace and sequins. Long sheer dotted net sleeves end with lace and satin trim.
The skirt is lined with a full, fluffy crinoline. Closes at the back with black "jet" buttons at the neckline and a long polyester zipper.
