The P.2005/MR caliber features a tourbillon regulator and double minute repeater mechanism, chiming the local or second time zone every 10 minutes. Unlike traditional two-hammer designs, it uses three hammers to create a unique melody. Activated by an 8 o'clock push button, each hammer strikes a different tone, with the lowest indicating hours and the highest minutes. The second hammer chimes a triple chime every 10 minutes, similar to a digital clock's time display. The minute repeater also indicates both local and second time zones. The second time zone is displayed via a central arrow hand and a 3 o'clock AM/PM indicator, selected and activated via the crown's black marker and push button. A home/local time indicator shows the active time zone. Additionally, the watch case is designed to optimize sound resonance and prevent malfunctions with four security mechanisms.
