• Non-Stripping: The band of our hose clamp kit is thick and non-perforated. Most typical hose clamps are thin and perforated which's easy to deform and strip the perforations if the screw clamp is over-torqued. The buckle bottom is welded into one-piece housing for higher tensile strength. These hose clamps are heavy duty to provide superior clamping force for solid & safe seal!
• Hose Protection: As our 4th picture, the rolled-up band is to prevent metal edge cutting into the soft hoses(silicone, pvc or rubber). This is a safe design to eliminate hose damage when final torquing, especially for fuel line gas line, heater and automotive projects.
• Non-Perforated Solid Band: Our non-perforated band is virtually impervious to over-tightening, deformed and stripping. • Non-Metric Sizes: The slotted screw HEX head is 5/16".
