Heel Boots Burgundy Red Western Zip 26.5cm

● These vintage heel boots were purchased from a used clothing store about 15 years ago.

Rooted in Western boots, these boots have a unique appeal: a sophisticated silhouette and a touch of Mexican flair without being overly "cowboy."

The most distinctive feature is the reddish-brown (burgundy-leaning) leather. It's a color that elevates any outfit, not as heavy as black, nor as casual as brown. The appearance changes depending on the light, and the leather has developed a beautiful sheen and wrinkles characteristic of well-worn boots.

The toe is a perfect balance, not too sharp and not too round. The stitching on the instep and the lines around the ankle are also very beautiful, making this design easy to incorporate even for those new to heel boots. They pair exceptionally well with skinny denim or slim-fit slacks.

The size is not indicated, but I usually wear UK7 in boots like Dr. Martens, and these fit perfectly. Please use this as a reference for sizing. The shaft height is approximately 22.5cm.

The zipper is likely made by Ideal. Ideal zippers were often used in old boots and work shoes, which is proof of the boots' age.

Made in Mexico. Mexican-made boots differ from American or European ones in their soft leather, comfortable fit, and handmade feel. They are also less likely to feel "stiff" when you first put them on.

It appears that there is no coating. Before listing, I have conditioned them with Saphir burgundy cream. Although they are an older pair, the cream has been absorbed well, and they are in a condition where you can enjoy the aging process as you wear them.

As these are used/vintage items, there are scuffs, minor scratches, and wrinkles from wear. Please be sure to check the photos for the condition. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a new-like item or do not understand vintage items.

These boots have an atmosphere that you won't find in mass-produced items. I think they are a pair that "those in the know will recognize."
