The HES 5200 electric strike with satin stainless steel finish is specially designed to make installation as easy as possible. After installation of the strike, the horizontal adjustment feature allows the installer to adjust the electric strike opening in order to accommodate the horizontal position of the latchbolt. At a glance, this electric strike not only has in frame horizontal adjustment but has field selectable fail secure/fail safe, an internally mounted solenoid, plug-in connector, trim enhancer and is tamper resistant. This non-handed electric strike is for use with cylindrical locksets and can accommodate â ” - ¾” latch bolts (¾” with â ” door gap). The strike body is 1-3/16” deep, with static strength of 1,500 lbs and dynamic strength of 70ft./lbs.In addition, this adjustable electric strike is ANSI/BHMA 156.31, Grade 1 tamper resistant, UL 1034, burglary-resistant listed, UL rated - suitable for outdoor use, has an endurance rating of 500,000 cycles and carries a 5 year limited warranty. This electric strike can accommodate steel, aluminum and wood frames.This electric strike is also dual voltage, 12 or 24 VDC/AC. 24 Amps at 12 VDC, 12 Amps at 24 VDC, DC is continuous duty and AC is intermittent duty. This easy to install, uniquely adjustable 5200 Series Electric Strike Kit is the perfect fit for a wide variety of applications. The kit includes 5200 electric strike body, trim enhancer(with screws), 12 and 24 volt pigtails, and detailed installation instructions.
