High Modulus Carbon Fiber Twill/Uni Sheet - 24" x 36" by DragonPlate

Dragonplate's high modulus carbon fiber sheets are crafted using unique uni-directional prepreg fibers, processed for enhanced stiffness surpassing standard sheets. Two options exist: 57 msi high modulus PAN carbon fiber for superior strength, and 110 msi ultra high modulus Pitch carbon fiber offering greater stiffness, thermal conductivity, and minimal thermal expansion. Both are suitable depending on the application. For parts needing extra stiffness while retaining high strength, PAN carbon fiber is ideal. In low-load scenarios, like automation and robotics, Pitch fiber significantly boosts part stiffness. A well-designed part using Dragonplate's UHM carbon fiber can outstiff steel, yet weigh less than one-fifth as much.
