This is the Hinomoto Hanpu "4 Pocket Tote L".
It's a slightly large size, made of thick canvas fabric, and is quite durable.
It's suitable for everyday use, such as carrying a computer, but it's also strong, so I think it's convenient for carrying tools, equipment, and camping gear.
The strap is a bit long, and it can be worn over the shoulder.
