- Non-Touch Pilot Arc, Non-HF Start – Easily cuts rusty, painted, or dirty metal without torch contact. Adjustable pilot arc duration (3–15s; recommended 5–10s manual, 3–5s CNC) improves cut starts, extends consumable life, and reduces interference with nearby electronics or CNC systems
- External Air Compressor Required, 60% Duty Cycle – This plasma cutting machine requires an external air compressor capable of supplying stable air pressure of ≥80 PSI , ≥6.36 CFM, with a recommended working range of 50–60 PSI. The 60% duty cycle provides reliable, stable cutting performance for extended manual or CNC cutting applications
- Smart Protection & Cooling – Built-in digital air monitoring provides alerts when air pressure is too high, and automatically stops cutting with a warning if air pressure drops below 30 PSI to protect consumables.
