This figurine is 4.75" tall and has no cracks, chips, crazing or blemishes, it is in MINT Condition and TMK 6 (Missing Bee). The trademark places the manufacture of this Circa 1979 -1989. It was first produced by master sculptor Gerhard Skrobek in the 1964 from one of Sister Maria’s many sketches and was originally called “Holiday Shopper”.
This little girl is off to the store with her basket on her arm, a bouquet of flowers and an umbrella in her other hand. She has rosy red checks and a beautiful smile on her face!
A great testament to the master craftsmen at the Goebel factory and has stood the ravages of time to grace someone’s collection.
