Its aluminum foil layer and viscoelastic polymer layer work together to provide effective vibration damping across a wide temperature range. Available in rectangular or square sheets, it can be hand-cut for custom configurations. ULTRA maintains adhesion throughout automotive bake cycles, including 288°C over-bakes, allowing application at any production stage. Suitable for pre-painted and top-coated metal surfaces, it's compatible with automotive coatings and won't contaminate spray operations.
