For constructing tempered steel structures, HV bolts should be used according to EN 14399-4 for bolt and nut, and EN 14399-6 for washer (minimum 300HV). Nuts are coated with molybdenum disulfide - MoS2 - to reduce friction during tightening. To ensure consistent joining parameters, use bolts, nuts, and washers from the same manufacturer. The delivered sets are of class K1, which are joined in a mixed manner (two joining stages). The label contains all necessary information to assemble the set correctly.
