For assembling reinforced structures, HV bolts according to EN 14399-4 and nuts, along with EN 14399-6 washers (minimum 300HV, enhanced hardness) should be used. Nuts are coated with molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) in the factory to reduce friction during tightening. To ensure consistent tightening parameters, use matching bolts, nuts, and washers from the same manufacturer. The delivered sets are of class K1, which are tightened in a mixed manner (two tightening stages). All necessary information is provided on the label for proper assembly.
