iJAW M15 CLAMP JAW for ROMAX Nano

The ROMAX NANO iJAW clamping jaw with M profile and various nominal widths is ideal for compatible with the clamping system for metal pipe systems. The clamping jaw communicates reliably and in real time with the crimp press via the integrated RFID sensor. This means that the NANO iJAW crimp jaw is clearly identified during use, and the crimping operations performed are then written directly on the jaw even if it was used on different NANO clamp presses. The data can then be read, sent and archived using the ROTHENBERGER app. The extended service life of the ironing jaw and precise ironing ensures a special partial laser hardening process called DURA LAZR TEC. This results in minimized wear within the ironing contour and double the ironing cycles compared to the previous model. The quality of the ironing jaw is improved by optimised anti-corrosion protection for the entire life of the jaw. The synchronous mechanism makes opening the ironing jaw in everyday use a breeze (one-finger operation).
