The ROMAX NANO iJAW Contour SV 15mm is ideal for compatible with the crimping system of metal fittings. Communicates reliably and in real time with the crimper using the integrated RFID tag. This means that the NANO iJAW crimp jaw is clearly identified during use, and the performed ironing processes are then written directly on the jaw even if used on different NANO crimping machines. The data can then be read, uploaded and archived through the ROTHENBERGER app. The special process of partial laser hardening DURA LAZR TEC extends the life of the clamping jaw and ensures precise clamping. This results in minimizing wear within the contour as well as doubling the number of ironing cycles compared to the previous model. Optimised anti-corrosion protection ensures high quality crimping jaws for a lifetime. Integration of synchronized mechanism makes it easy to open the clamping jaw in everyday use (one-finger operation).
