The AX1018 test system harnesses PXI and AXIe technologies to deliver high-end semiconductor ATE performance in a compact, affordable, industry-standard form factor. It supports a wide array of digital, analog, and RF instruments, making it ideal for post-silicon validation, characterization, and multi-site production testing of consumer digital and wireless devices. Its low latency, high-speed PCI/PCIe infrastructure, combined with industry-leading settling times, ensures exceptionally fast test times and high parallel test efficiency. The system features easily interchangeable device load boards with high-density direct AXIe and mixed-signal, as well as blind mate RF connections.
