Product Description This kit comes with two, 5" rear locking casters and mounting hardware. Patient Lifts must be free to move and find a new center of gravity as the patient’s weight shifts. If the rear casters are locked when the patient is suspended by the lift, the lift cannot move and find a new center of gravity which creates the risk of the lift tipping over. The use of non-locking casters, in home environments, helps reduce this risk. This service kit should be used by well trained caregivers in an environment that requires locking casters.
