iPad Pro 10.5 inch 64GB Cellular + Apple Pencil

**[iPad Body]**
This is a 2017 iPad Pro 10.5-inch 64GB Cellular model in Rose Gold. There are some minor cracks and some dirt on the speaker and charging port. The battery condition is poor, although I'm not sure of the exact details as it has been initialized.
I purchased it used around 2019. I didn't use it for a while, but I was using it until 2024. It operates without any problems. There was a crack from the upper left to the lower right corner from the beginning. I used it with a film and cover, but there are some minor scratches on the bottom.
I will clean it as much as possible before shipping. The box will not be included when shipped.

**[Apple Pencil]**
This is the 1st generation. It is in good condition. I purchased it new at the same time I bought the iPad Pro. The pen tip has been replaced once, so there is no replacement tip. I also used it with a cover, so there are no scratches. There is only a little dirt on the charging part at the top.
