Handmade in Sweden, this oil-treated oak and horse hair bath brush offers a good, comfortable grip. Horse hair is an excellent for bathing brushes because it is soft and pliable while remaining sturdy and durable with a certain elasticity. Used with a good soap it provides a soft, rich lather for a perfect cleaning. Allow the brush to dry standing on the horsehair so that the water is drained away from the wood. Brushes that give "hand-made" a new meaning: In the late 19th century a small brush manufacturing company was started in Stockholm, Sweden called Iris Hantverk. It was a successful venture, so successful that it remains today. Now, as then, every brush is made by hand by visually impaired craftsmen. It brings new dimensions to the concept of sensitively made by hand. All brushes are of exclusive design and made mostly from natural materials.
