This is a Pearl Princess Excelsior doll, released in 1993, known for not having lower eyelashes.
She has black and blue eyes, gray eyelashes and eyebrows, and pink pearl lips, giving her a very elegant impression.
Her pinkish blonde hair was also rare at the time, a color not previously seen on Jenny dolls.

I was told this item was new and unused when I acquired it, but I am now selling it unused due to downsizing my collection.
