This is a vest from the JUNYA WATANABE COMME des GARÇONS 2001 collection (Item No. JE-B013).
It's an archive piece from the early Junya Watanabe era, featuring the iconic floral print motif inspired by 70's textiles.
The vest combines 100% cotton with cowhide leather parts, showcasing the reconstructed design characteristic of the time.
The text on the tag has faded over time, which is typical of Junya pieces from around the year 2000 and is a sign of its age.
There is very little fading or cracking of the print, and it's in excellent condition for an item over 20 years old.
Highly recommended for those looking for early Junya, Comme des Garçons archives.
