The material is a lightweight boil cloth made of high-quality cotton, linen, and silk.

Cotton boil (strong twisted yarn) is used for the warp, and a blend of linen and silk is used for the weft. It is washed once and then dried in the sun, resulting in a very natural drape and a smooth texture unique to the raw materials.

It has a dry touch and does not stick to the skin, making it comfortable to wear even in the hot and humid Japanese summer.

It features a front zip closure based on U.S. military designs, and the belt can be left hanging, or buttoned or tied to create different silhouettes.
