This lock utilizes a high-security, UL Certified electronic strike latch. An optional keyless inside release bypass knob is available for quick, key-free lock override. The strike is positioned inside the room for enhanced tamper resistance. In case of a power outage, the strike can be set to fail secure, with a mechanical key override included for emergency access. It's compatible with standard junction box mounted card readers.
