The plate has Beautiful coloring.
The plate is signed Kaufman on front and marked Empire England on back.
The straight darkish lines I took a close up of in picture 3 are part of the design of the floor in the picture, they are not cracks or damage in the plate.
This plate is in good condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. There is some crazing under the glaze which is to be expected.
