The T91H, T91L, T91U 1000 Ohm 375 Platinum RTD Rangeable Transmitters are a family of adjustable transmitters designed for multirange applications in HVAC, industrial, and building automation. The T91U is a range-selectable, two-wire 4-20 mA RTD transmitter used with Type 91 1000 Ohm platinum RTD sensors. It's available in six standard ranges or can be set for any range between -30°F to 280°F (-34°C to 156°C) with a minimum span of 40°F (22°C). To adjust the T91U, set the DIP switches to match the desired range, and use the zero and span pots for fine-tuning. A high-accuracy digital ohmmeter and decade box are required. The T91U has a special 20 mA loop calibration test signal for easy system verification. Simply move the bottle plug jumper from 'norm' to '20', and the transmitter will output a constant 20 mA. The loop-up LED indicates power for the 4-20 mA output. The T91H and T91L are specialty units for very high and very low temperatures, respectively, and are rangeable within their specialty limits.
