This is a Disney collaboration hoodie purchased from the original Kith in 2019.
It has only been worn about 3 times, so it's a beautiful item with little wear.
Not sold in Japan.
The retail price was about 32,000 yen.
The size is M, but it feels like L to XL in Japanese sizes, so I'll list it as L.
As a guide, it's oversized for someone 170cm tall,
slightly oversized for someone 175cm tall,
and a perfect fit for someone 180cm tall.
