This is a compact, lightweight wire-stripping, cutting tool and gauges, cuts, strips and loops wire. It is spring-loaded for self-opening and its narrow nose fits into tight places. klein insulated tools exceed IEC 60900 and ASTM F1505 standards for insulated tools, and are clearly marked with the official 1000-Volt rating symbol.
