This Klutch Lever Chain Hoist is small, lightweight and easy to carry. This unit is also convenient to operate even in narrow working space. This unit is equipped with anti-detaching latches, a light weight hook, safe and reliable brake and a cap nut for better maintenance. The high-safety lower hook includes a protection device. This unit meets ASME B30.21/HST-3 safety standards and features a Grade 80 load chain for high-level strength. The safety coefficient of this unit is at least 4:1. Unit withstands 1,500 cycles with 110% of rated capacity, at least 300mm per cycle. This hoist has been tested to 150% of rated capacity. 2-tone chains are easy to identify. Tough, ductile drop-forged hooks ensure noticeable opening when subject to excessive overload. Roller bearing design, zinc-plated side plate and asbestos-free friction disc ensure smooth operation. Compact design allows low headroom. 360° swivel hook includes a stamping safety latch.
