The Accademia Lagofusion line is made of 18/10 stainless steel. The 3-layer body (Steel/Aluminium/Steel) ensures an excellent and homogeneous diffusion of the heat of the bottom along the entire surface of the cooking tool. Lagofusion technology applied to the body gives the instrument a 5-layer bottom. Handles are riveted to the body for excellent strength and elegance.
