Three times out of the many sells people have said that they aren’t happy with purchase; 1) these are used-so pls be mindful you aren’t getting brand new unless it says that. 2) I have animals but these are in a dedicated selling room but don’t have access and items are generally in labeled totes. 3) I offered all three of these people to buy back these items if they were unhappy and mentioned in the future they should of contacted mercari for a return. None of them wanted to do so. So again not sure what the deal was. I’m an honest seller.
