| Manufacturer Warranty Description | The purpose of this is to clarify the terms of our policy regarding returns of our cabinets and other related products (collectively the “products”) and to set forth the terms of the warranty offered by l&d renovations (l&d) on our products. We want you to understand our policies as well as our procedures for handling returns and warranty claims. A. Returns policy. All returns of products must be made within ninety (90) days of the invoice date. All boxes containing the returned products must be unopened and not contain any obvious damage. The customer shall be responsible for all freight and transportation charges associated with such returns, and shall bear all risk of loss and damage with respect to such products until they are delivered to our facility. B. Prior to returning any products, the customer must complete the attached return authorization form and submit it to l&d by e-mail to the e-mail address set forth in the return authorization form. No products shall be returned to our facility until a return authorization has been issued by l&d. L&d assumes no responsibility for items sent to our facility without proper return authorization. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned products, l&d will issue a credit for the invoice amount of the returned products, less a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. No credit will be issued for lost or damaged items. |
