LEGO 602 Fire Truck from 1970

This is a rarely seen set.
It's an old LEGO set, a Fire Truck from the Town series released in 1970. Being from the 70s, I think it can be classified as Showa retro or a classic item.

It includes quite rare old-style cardoors, old-style lights, and old-style tires.

Although it's almost unnoticeable from the outside, the red 4x10 plate has been replaced with two 2x10 plates. Other than this, there are no missing or substituted parts. The parts show signs of wear and tear due to age.
A color printed instruction manual will be included.

Due to the parts damage/substitutions and the non-original instruction manual, I'm offering it at a discounted price.
