Set only built once, never played with, like new condition, great condition, no damage of any kind. From what I can remember, around 3 or so pieces are missing and about 3 pieces substituted with a different color, all those pieces are available on LEGO website and should cost no more than $3, the missing pieces are small pieces and are mostly unnoticeable except for the newsstand NEWS print tile. The only noticeable substituted piece is the 1x2x4 window frame in reddish brown when it’s suppose to be white. 2 mini figures and instruction book also excluded. Instruction manual available as pdf on Lego.com
